Client Overview
Neurogen Brain Balancing - North Idaho is a mental health and wellness company ran by Stacey Muñoz in the Spokane, WA and North Idaho areas. Neurogen Brain Balancing is patented technology designed to help with anxiety, PTSD, seasonal depression, and various other neurological conditions. As a technician under the Neurogen umbrella she was in need of branding to set herself apart, a strategic website, and a flexible booking system.
Objectives
When designing a website and brand for Stacey we wanted to try to keep the heart behind Neurogen’s technology and make it familiar enough that it felt like a natural extension from the Neurogen Brain Balancing primary brand. A challenge we needed to solve was a flexible booking system that would work with her busy lifestyle as a pastor’s wife.

The Solution
To make it as simple as possible without using an integrated scheduling software, we created custom booking forms for each of her packages so that she could quickly respond with available time slots as requests come in. This simple booking system gives her the freedom to re-work her schedule at a moments notice. Additionally we created a modern and calming brand identity to help set her apart from other Neurogen technicians. The monochromatic blue color scheme instills trust, peacefulness, and professionalism into her brand.
