Welcome to Panhandle Design! We’re thrilled you’re here and appreciate your interest in our Squarespace templates. Below you’ll find the terms and conditions for using our templates. By purchasing or using a template from our shop, you agree to these policies.

1. Licensing

Our templates are for personal or commercial use by the purchaser only. This means:

  • Single Use License: Each template is licensed for use on one website only. If you need to use the template for another project or client, you must purchase an additional license.

  • Prohibited Uses: You may not resell, redistribute, or share the template files, modified or unmodified, with others.

  • Non-Transferable: Licenses are non-transferable. If you sell or transfer your website to a new owner, they will need to purchase their own license.

2. Template Delivery and Setup

When you purchase a Squarespace Template, you will receive a link to accept the template as a new website. This template will not be added to an existing website unless you purchase an Install Package add-on.

  • Delivery Time: We aim to have your template sent within 48-hours, but this time frame may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please submit a support ticket if it has been over 48 hours. Note that delivery may be delayed over weekends or holidays.

  • Responsibility Post-Delivery: Once the template is added to your Squarespace account, it is your responsibility to add your content and edit the site. If you make any accidental changes to the template, we cannot reverse them.

  • Template Re-Sending: A purchase of a template includes the template sent to you only once. If you make accidental changes and require the template to be resent, or if you don’t accept the invitation within 6 months and your free trial expires, you will need to repurchase the template.

  • Free Trial Responsibility: Your template will be delivered on a Squarespace free trial. If you let the trial run out, Squarespace may mark your site for deletion. To avoid this, request a trial extension from Squarespace support or upgrade to a paid plan. If your site is deleted and you need the template resent, you will need to repurchase it.

3. Template Customization

All templates are designed to be customizable. However:

  • DIY Customization: You are responsible for making changes to your template unless you purchase our customization services.

  • Support Included: Our templates include free email support and access to help articles in our Support Hub. Your template will be delivered directly to your Squarespace account, but you are responsible for setup and any additional configuration beyond delivery.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges except in the case of technical issues that prevent the template from functioning as described. In such cases:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of purchase to report the issue.

  • We reserve the right to attempt to resolve the issue before offering any resolution.

5. Template Ownership

While you purchase the right to use the template, Panhandle Design retains full ownership of the design, code, and intellectual property. Unauthorized duplication or redistribution of our templates is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Panhandle Design is not responsible for any issues arising from third-party integrations, updates to Squarespace, or changes you make to the template. While we strive to provide templates that work seamlessly, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted functionality in all circumstances.

7. Affiliate Disclosure

8. Support & Resources

Your purchase includes access to our support resources:

  • Template Support Hub: Packed with tutorials to help you customize your template.

  • 7-Day Launch Blueprint: An easy-to-follow guide to get your site up and running in a week.

  • Direct Support: Email us anytime or submit a support ticket through our Support Hub. Some support may require a paid fee if it cannot be answered in a quick email response.

9. Miscellaneous

  • Requirements: You will need a Squarespace subscription and may need tools like Photoshop or Canva to use certain templates. Please read each template description carefully to see what is required.

  • Lifetime Access: You have lifetime access to the template you purchase once you’ve accepted the website into your Squarespace account, but we cannot guarantee lifetime updates. If the template is retired or removed from the store, it will no longer be updated.

  • Pricing: All prices listed are in USD.

  • Trademark Disclaimer: The term "Squarespace" is a trademark of Squarespace, Inc. This website and its products are not affiliated with Squarespace, Inc.

10. Updates to Policies

Panhandle Design reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time. The current version will always be available on our website.
